Austin Kilbourne committed to Terps

 

Matoaca HS product Austin Kilbourne will join the University of Maryland baseball team in the fall of 2010.  Kilbourne is a very athletic OF and RHP, who will have the talent to possible be a two way player at the D1 level.

Kilbourne show in picture at the June bbch.net Top Prospect Event in Hampton, VA showed 90mph arm strength in the OF as well as on the mound. 

The 6'3, Kilbourne is a excellent runner with more power and strength to come.  bbch.net scouts noted that "he should be in the low 90's with comfort really soon"...

Kilbourne played for the Mid Atlantic Pirates Scout Team for ML veteran Jimmy Anderson.
