Michael Trentham is a 2012 5'10-175lb primary OF attending James River HS in Richmond, VA.  Michael posted a 7.69 sixty , a 5.50 forty, and a 4.38 home to first base time.  A RH hitter, he registered a 78mph exit velocity on the radar tee.  In the box, Michael likes to pull the ball and showed above ave hs power with solid bat speed.  There is some lift in his swing and he does show good balance in his swing.  Michael shows well above average high school hitting form and power with even more strength to come.  In the outfield, Michael showed 79mph arm strength velocity  with college level carry on his throws.  Michael moves well to the ball and is well balanced throughout his release.  Young and developing with very good upside.  Must follow.
