Connor Staskey is the type of LHP that all college recruiters stop in their tracks to watch.  Connor has a very quick arm and deception in delivery with outstanding run on his 86mph FB.  Connor Staskey is a 2012-6'0/165lbs LHP attending Salem HS in Virginia Beach, VA.  Connor also showed a 70mph cb with big depth and college level command, and a 75mph change up with good fade.  Scout notes stated:  ball comes out very good; strong and wirey frame; hides ball well;  high ceiling.  Definite d1 player who should bring some pro interest as velocity moves up.  Connor is all business on the mound with stoic glare into catcher.  Lively body and very fast arm make us feel 90's fb down the road.  D1 pitcher with pro interest.
