Rahiem Cooper is a 2012- 5'11/155lbs second baseman attending Orange HS.  Rahiem is very quick and posted a 6.84 sixty and 4.72 forty yard times.  Raheim can really swing the bat and uses the whole field with college level power.  He has a smooth swing with very short bat path and above ave hand strength.  Raheim hits with a tall stance and very little motion in triggering.  He can stay back on the ball and should be a huge run producer in college.  Raheim is a base stealer with fast twitch jumps.  At second base he has college level range with 74mph arm strength across the infield.  He has very quick hands shows very good transfers on double plays with solid arm strength to turn a double play off the bag side of the bag.  Definite d1 projection with pro scouts getting interested.
