Tim Brock, 2011 OF/3B Oscar Smith HS (VA)

Tim Brock is a 2011 two way threat on the baseball field as well as playing inside linebacker for a state champion caliber football team from last season at Oscar Smith HS in Chesapeake, VA.  Brock will get scholarship attention on the football field.  A 6'0/205 lbs OF/3B, we see Tim's future on the diamond in the outfield.  He showed 78mph arm strength in the outfield during the workout and solid carry on his throws, in the infield he showed 76mph arm strength across the infield with ave glove action and range.  A RH hitter, Tim shows very good bat speed in the box with nice balance and quickness in his swing.  Tim has very strong hands and showed 88mph exit velocity on the radar tee.  Bat should play at the college level with inside power and the ability to hit the ball deep in the zone.  Tim posted a 7.53 sixty time and a 5.22 forty yard time.  Tim is a versatile athlete with college projection on the diamond.
