Jacob Huggins 2015 Cosby HS (VA)

Jacob Huggins has a might be the most advanced 2015 RHP in the state of Virginia.  Definite standout player at the event with as a 2015 player with a 81mph fb and a 'hammer' curve ball.  Definite projection for top level college skills.  Time will tell if his skills will progress to top college level, however, we see the raw materials there now.  The right hander showed 81mph fb velocity with with arm side run, a 68mph cb with hard , tight break, and a 72mph change up with nice feel.  Huggins attends Cosby HS in Richmond, VA and posted a 5.22 forty time and a 4.65 home to first base time.  The 6'1/160lbs. Huggins registered a 85mph exit velocity reading off the radar tee.  At first base he showed 78mph arm strength across the infield.  Huge upside! 5 star rated player.
